Families served by Regional Mental Health Center’s intensive, in-home, family therapy model have children in imminent risk of placement, or have children in placement whom cannot be reunified without intensive services. Youth eligible for the Diagnostic and Evaluation Program will be placed for up to 30 days to evaluate the needs of the youth and his/her family. Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations will incorporate: nursing assessments, psychiatric evaluations, educational assessment, bio-psychosocial assessment, and psychological testing, as deemed necessary.
